Danielle & Steven's Wedding Day...

I wake up in the motel with my sister beside me. The room is dark and cool so all I want to do is sneak back in between the covers. But alas I am too busy as it is our saturday... our very special saturday and I am a bride. I am rushed into the shower and then I drive over to the hairdressers. Zandra knows exactly what she's doing and i trust her completely. We decided to GHD curl my hair using a light natural hold hairspray by DeLorenzo. I recommend this to anyone who hates hairspray as much as me. It was also meant to be pinned half-up/half-down but I liked it so much when it was just down. She shoved a few pins in to hold the veil and then I was rushed off back to the motel for my makeup with Dora (the explorer hehehe) and she was so fast and it was so perfect. She had already finished the girls and my mum by the time I got there.

Then we had to check out of the motel and into the Sebel Hotel. I got my early check in of 11am so I was very lucky. The change over was pretty quick and painless. After that I had a quick shower, picked up the flowers from reception and "ooooh'd and ahhhhh'd" over them for a few minutes. I attached the charms to my bouquet handle and I was set. The girls got dressed and the photographer arrived to capture it all. The room at the Sebel was very old world... dark greens and burgandy's and dark polished timber. I liked the rooms at the Motel better... oh well...

After we did all the posed brides family and party shots we went to leave for the chapel and my friend Wom rushed up and said "don't panic... the celebrant still hasn't arrived"... I was in some kind of euphoric state because I didn't panic, I just said ok lets take some more of me and the bridesmaids outside while we wait. It turns out the celebrant left the house in thongs not her special celebrant shoes and drove all the way back home to get them... WHAT THE??? So the ceremony started 28 mintues after 1pm... I'm sure Steve would have needed a stiff drink... poor thing.

It's stinking hot. Bright blue skies and no breeze... bridal hell. It had rained all week and was overcast the days leading up to the wedding. I wanted rain... I begged for overcast skies... nope, oh well. luckily the wedding wasn't outside but in the Sebels cute little chapel... the cute little airconditioned chapel :D Everything looked better than I had imagined in my head all this time. Everyone was doing the right thing at the right time. The celebrant was now stressed cos she was so late and rushed through the ceremony practically bossing us all around. If i wasn't in my euphoric state as meantioned before I think I would have been inclinded to violence :P She used the old copy of the ceremony not the new one I gave her so half the words were wrong and the sentiments I added were non existant but I didnt' catch on untill it was too late. Oh well. She also left the marrage certificate on the floor and a guest came up and handed it to us when we were having photos taken. Nice huh.

We had a "thank you line" straight after the recessional and i think it was the best thing we could have done for our guests. It gave each of them a few moments to say how beautiful everything was and how much they loved us. I didn't want to do it at the reception as we wanted to stay as long as possible. Everyone also loved all the ceremony showbags :D The bottles of water definately came in handy and the fans were priceless due to the weather. OMG Steve and i both cried right through the ceremony so the tissues were totally nessessary. I had big burly men with tears in their eyes and quivering bottom lips... it was so beautiful.

My entrance was... pathetic :D I was totally calm and smiling then as soon as I saw Steve I almost had a breakdown. Dad had to hold me up. I wanted to bawl like a baby but I had to keep some form of composure. I ate my tears, composed myself and set off down the aisle on my daddy's arm. My bridesmaids had practically run down the aisle so the music so I had a few moments to gather myself. I was so happy. I walked down to "Bitterweet Symphony" by the Verve and it was AWESOME. EVERYONE in the chapel cried. In the video you can see Steve blubbering like a baby :D After about 5 minutes at the alter I kicked my shoes off and shoved them under the signing table. No one could believe I did it. I did it because my legs were shaking and I thought I would faint. I would rather take my shoes off than fall on the floor in such a pretty dress :D

After all the photographs and hoopla we went back to our room to chill. Steve had a quick shower and aired out his suit to wear again at the reception and I did the same with my dress. I did my best friends make up for the reception and hung out and had a glass of bubbly and a girly chat while listening to Steve snoring on the couch while having a quick cat nap. Soon enough it was time to get re-dressed and touch up the make up. I would recommend every bride do this. I allocated an hour for me and steve to chill. I think that if I didn't make time we wouldn't of had it. We went the reception clean, fresh and raring to go :D

The MC was amazing (My dads best friend) and everyone including the hotel staff said the room was gorgeous. The staff all agreed that mine was the best layout, design and decoration they had ever seen in the Lachlan Macquarie room. So that made me quite thirlled and proud. The room I chose to use was the hotels smallest and boring conference room. Not even a room they reccomend for weddings. They've asked for a copy of one of my photos to use as a hotel reference :D I wanted full artisitic control so I hired all my decorations like table covers, candlabras and crystal.

On Wednesday night I rang to confirm everything with my photographer for the millionth time and he said yep sure no problems Caterina will be there first thing. WHAT THE??? Apparently i had been informed that i was no longer getting Dave, I was getting some chick name Caterina whom i'd never meet, spoken too or seen her work. I was NOT happy. Actually I was quite distraught. Dispite my apprehension of Caterina I was thrilled with her. She was very comfortable to work with and she blended right in. I hardly noticed her at all.

Steve & I went into Prouds this afternoon and I replaced the charms that were stolen.

I managed to get EXACTLY the same Horseshoe/Clover as the one I had before so that was nice.

The "M" is a bit nicer than the other one I had.

I was going to buy the wedding shoe ages ago but I kept putting it off... glad I did.

The Treble Clef was given to me by Emily AGES ago... it reflects me.

The Love/Hope/Faith is lovely and I'm glad I bought it. The faith relfects Steven.

I'm still bummed about my Butterfly Pendant... that was really special and irreplaceable... Oh well. I'm hoping to buy a glass box framed Ulyses Butterfly to put in our home. Maybe when I go up to Townsville next I'll buy one from there.

OMG I can't believe it... 26 DAYS till we get married!!!

I wake up in a slight panic everyday, believing there is something I'm supposed to do, some appointment I've slept through. All my appointments we recorded in my wallet. I have scraps of information scattered around the house, but it was all organised in my wallet.

Today I'm ringing up all the suppliers and re-checking all my appoinment times, so the next few mornings wont be as stressfull, it will be under control.

Over 2 hours of painstackingly stamping little bits of paper, waiting for the paper to dry, cutting the paper, bundling the tissues into groups of three, cutting ribbon then tying cute little bows. I made almost 80 of the things and they look so cute.
They'll be used in the ceremony and in th reception.

I bought these totally glam, ultra shiny, sequin ballet flats to wear at the reception. I would prefer to go barefoot but I don't think the hotel would :D

I thought they were nice and sparkly like my earrings :) I just have to wear them in... I'm wearing them now while I'm at the computer. I bought them off eBay for $15 including postage so I'm a happy girl :D

I'm organising a 5 Star event!!!

I always just thought of the Sebel as a hotel, a place where we will get married, a place thats quite expensive, a place that will meet or exceed our guests expectations and that was it.

I think when my organsier "Renee" was commenting on my organisation and that I was "doing exceedingly well at organising and coordinating a 5 Star event" that it dawned on me.

Now I feel pressure...

I think I've focused on all the little details for so long and now that most of it is all done I've stepped back and looked at everything and just gone... "wow"...

There isn't one aspect of the wedding I've overlooked. I'm so excited, yet scared. Not about getting married (thank goodness), but just about the reception. Once the ceremony is over and I'm happily Mrs Danielle Elise Melnyczenko, I'll be happy, because after I say "I do" there is nothing left for me to do (or control).

I pass everything onto a VERY NEW wedding co ordinator named Renee... I like her, I think she'll do fine... because she has too!!!

I'll still have my lovely helpers and they'll have their handy folders. I've got Wom who knows and understands my vision, my MC Glenn who wont be afraid to tell people what to do and keep things on schedule and my lovely mummy who knows all the family members. Everything should go well.

This will be the best, most extravegant, memorable and most expensive party Steve and I will ever throw. Its a party all about us, for us, celebrating our union.

Britt gave me my new nickname... she dubbed me "Zink"... i don't mind it :D

I did a massive grocery shop and I felt so good. 98% of my trolley was filled with fruit and salad, lots of veges and juices :) The lady at the check out in front of me had her trolley filled with pizzas, chip bags and the bulk bags of chocolates and other bad (but yummy) stuff. I couldn't help but feel smug and happy when comparing trolleys :)

I decided to take advice from the Special K TV ad and I bought "blueberries for my ceral". I also bought a really nice tropical sorbet and lots of little snacky things as im not really liking big meals lately.

Shopping in Richmond and Surrounds...

Use Whereis.com.au to navigate throughout Sydney and the surrounds. Penrith is the closest large shopping center with MYER and all the stores you could want. You can only get here effectively by Car or Bus, takes about 20min. Use the 131500:Transport Info website for bus timetables. Don't catch a train to Penrith... its takes FOREVER.

If you wont have access to a car, I would catch the train to Blacktown (30 min) or Parramatta (45min) Shopping centres. Blacktown is a bit bigger than Penrith. The train station is attached to the shopping center so there are no fears of getting lost. Its 2 levels and really easy to navigate your way around the shops.

Parramatta station is also attached to the Parramatta shopping center. The extra 15mins (if you can spare them) are worth it as the shopping center has 5 levels and is MASSIVE, everything you need and all the things you didn't realise you needed are there. You may get overwhelmed and lost track of time. I wouldn't reccomend going there the morning of the wedding. You need a whole day there.

Richmond itself has a small shopping center with hairdressers, clothes stores and the like. You can catch the train to Richmond for $2 and walk 2min to "Richmond Marketplace" and it's all there.

Oh and if youre going to use the Hairdresser "Panache" you can get there by train. Get on at Clarendon and get off at the very next stop, East Richmond. Walk across the train line and up along Burke St. then turn Right on Windsor St and walk 2 min and its the Pink Building with banners and signs everywhere.

Wom suggested now may be a good time to discuss options for transport, give you directions and a few contacts and websites to make getting to the wedding less stressfull.

This website is the best reference... 131500: Transport Info Line

The TRAIN is by far the best and easiest option. Its takes approx. 80mins from the Domestic Airport Station. Here is an example of what it would be like on the day...

07:01 am - Depart Airport Domestic Station (Platform 01)

07:11 am - Arrive Central Station (Platform 21)

07:17 am - Depart Central Station (Platform 18)

08:47 am - Arrve Clarendon Station (Platform 02)

Very easy... It would cost no more than $18 one way per person. You only have to buy one ticket and it includes all transfers. The Clarendon Station is practically at the doorstep of the Motel most people are staying at.

HIRE CARS are also an option for those that want a bit more freedom. I have used Whereis.com.au numerous times when navigating around Sydney. HERE are the drving directions if you were to leave from the Airport. You can also alter these directions to aviod toll roads...

If you plan on driving from the airport please remember Toll Roads. You cannot use the M7 motorway without a E-Tag. These can be purchased HERE.

TAXI'S from the Airport are definately NOT something I would reccomend. Steve remembers it cost the RAAF over $180 in cab charges... DONT take a cab, If you have money to burn spend it on me :D

Taxi's in Richmond are only available when you don't need them :P I would reccomend booking any taxi's ahead of time. Save this Phone Number in your mobiles... 131008. A taxi to the wedding from the Hawkesbury RaceClub Motel wont set you back more than $6 :) Otherwise you can walk... if you REALLY want to...

My Wedding Organiser File

I thought, since I've been so organised so far, I may as well over do it :)

I collated all my information, contacts, timelines and all the other good stuff into these easy to read briefs. I'm going to buy 2 more folders. One for Wom and one for the Sebel.

Today at 11am I'll be at the Sebel with Brittany. Today we decide on the room layout, confirmation on menus, discuss decorations and sort out all the timeline details. Of course I've already done it all in my head and put it down on paper... but I have to clarify anything... to assume makes an "ass out of u & me"... :)

So hopefully all goes well without any hiccups :)

It cost $11 to make this veil. I bought 4 times the amount of fabric needed... just in case. I'm quite proud of my first effort. I'm going to make a double layer veil that goes over my face and another longer one. I want to see which one I like more :)

I couldn't believe all the things that just fell in my lap at Penrith yesterday...

I found the silk tulle I needed to make my veil... and it was 50% off :D
I found a bracelet to wear... 50% off from Kleins
Spoke to a hairdresser in Penrith, REALLY cheap, can open up early and I'll have a 50% off hair trial on the 19th Feb.
I found a 2 pack of diamonte hair combs to attach the veil to... $2 from DIVA.
I found a "M" charm for $3 that I'll sew onto my dress along with my other lucky charms.
I found 2x beaded flower hair clips for the bridesmaids. They were $15ea but worth it.

How good is that!!!

Sophia wasn't at work today... so I couldn't ask her to 'moonlight' my make up for me. I may use Panache, but I need backup plans. I have 2 hairdressers booked until i decide at the hair trials. I have 2 makeup artists booked... untill I decide on a hairdresser. Better to keep my options open as things book out so quickly here. Plus booking appointments are free and totally legal :P

Anyways i'll update with photos in the next post.

I haven't updated this blog in a week or so, so I thought I had better... just to keep you all amused :)

I'm still stressing a little due to hair and make up... just the logistics of it mainly. I'll sort it out and I'll probably blog about it :P

No more DIY craft projects to do... all done. I've rung around and checked to make sure everyone is organised... seems everyone is capable of organising thier own lives :) and now I'm just waiting and working out and eating better for the sake of my skin.

He called me again this morning :) but I almost missed him...

I was sleeping and I heard the phone ring and the answering machine got him and so I screened the call (al'a Carrie Bradshaw) and it was Steve...

"Wake up hunny.. come on hunny get out of bed and answer the phone, I love you..." then I picked up :)

He said it so sweetly, like thick sugary syrup... he knows me soo well :D We talkd for a little bit. he's got a cold (great, i'll catch it 2 weeks before the wedding knowing me) and wanted to have a bit of a sook to his "wifey"...

I'm getting some presents :) He wont tell me what most of them are but I do know I'm getting a bottle of Raspberry Smirnoff, Vanilla Smirnoff and the 50 First Dates CD... the rest is a surprise. I'm so lucky to have someone who cares enough about me to go out of his way to make me smile... Just so you know I have tears in my eyes... :D... I'm such a dork... :D

I miss him...

Last Saturday Steve & I picked up my wedding band :D

Steve didn't want to wear a wedding band so I said "If you wont wear one I get one with diamonds" assuming he'd give in and just wear it on special occasions... nope.

Magnetism is my alltime fave. Out of all my 100ml perfumes its the only one I've actually finished. Its based on vanilla and cranberry... its soooo me :D and it was on SALE :)

Make Up Trial ~ Napoleon @ Home

Ok so after your helpful and conclusive comments I discussed my concerns with Natalie, my gorgeous Make Up Artist. We printed out the trial I had with clinique and she made the changes you all sugsested.

We did the base which I've very happy with, the cheeks too. Just enough to define but not enough to make me look like a vamp. Then we did two different eyes. One was blue/silver and the other brown/gold. It's hard to tell in the pics as we were just mucking around. If you look at the middle pic, MY left eye has mascara on... thats the brown eye. But its still hard to tell. I'm going with brown but IT WILL BE DARKER... plus I'll have tinted lashes and individual falsies one (FREE :))

OH and GUESS WHAT???

She's giving me her $$$ tooth whitening kit. She got married in 2005 and had Zoom Tooth Whitening done. You pay $$$$ for it and you get a free kit to redo it at home 2 yrs later. She's 8 weeks pregnant and it expires by the time she has the baby. Those take home kits cost $400 - $600, so if I spend $150 on a mould thats still a HUGE saving. It lightens them HEAPS. She used to work as a dental assistant :)

Imagine... bargain pearly whites :D

Today I scoured the web for Hairstyles... I want a few options as back ups. I wrote a couple of speaches and cleaned my office/wedding room. I re-organised EVERYTHING, sorted all the paperwork and receipts, all the stationary, also other bits and peices.

Table Decoration... FINALLY

I went to the decorators yesterday and I took Brittany along for support. I booked all the gear I needed and there is no more time for me to change my mind... ITS DONE :) I think I just needed someone to se my ideas in real life and tell me to my face whether or not its a crap idea.

So I booked:

2x Tall White Floor Candlabras, for the Ceremony and Reception.
7x 3-arm Candlabras, one for each table.

7x Oyster Tablecloths, one for each table.

2x Sets of 3 Tealight Candle Holders for the gift table.

4x Large Floor Canon Vases - To put the Willow in for Ceremony & Reception decoration.

4x Micro Fairy Lights for the willow decoration.

YAY... finally chosen :)

The photo above is of the 3-arm Crystal Candlabra with drop crystals. Underneath the candlabra is a small square mirror and scattered around it is broken frosted glass peices. I'll be using tall white tapered candles. Underneath the mirror is an "Oyster" coloured satin table cloth. In the picture its really hard to make out the colours but you get the idea.

The tables and chairs will have white covers and all the napery is white also. The Oyster table cloth is a 3/4 cover so you will see the white around the bottom. I will be having chocolate coloured chair sashes... it will look DEVINE!!!

Steve is going to buy it when he goes over to Hawaii on the 21st January. I doubt very much he'll be able to find the body lotion so I'll just buy it here. I've looked around for a Vera Wang gift set but no such luck... you would think around christmas they would be flogging off perfume giftpacks... they are, just none I want.

The last couple of days have been really full on, completing a large number or tasks for the wedding... I'm starting to feel VERY organised. I just don't want to get too ahead of myself cos I know I'll forget something. Like when I get excited that I've gotten ready to leave the house ahead of shedule (hardly ever happens), drive halfway there then realise I left my Ventolin behind (My Asthma Meds) and end up twice as late cos I had to go back... :S

I have a make up trial with Clinique tomorrow morning at 10am and another make up trial with Napoleon on Saturday. The Clinique trial was FREE :) I thought "Why the hell not".

I have to make an appointment with the new Wedding CoOrdinator at the Sebel for Friday. Basically going over all the decorations, the wedding timeline, rules, cake storage, band parking etc :) Should be a fun afternoon :S My old coordinator Megan quit last friday so nw i'm stuck with a temp till they find someone else... should be interesting...

As you can tell from the posts below we had a VERY good meal. You'll all be very impressed. We had a few things we wanted to change and we even created one of our own :D

The service was excellent and everything was just right. i wore my pretty green dress and Steve wore a nice shirt... we both wore our thongs :P We made the appointment for 6pm so it was still very sunny outside by the time we finished dinner... no need for heels :)

The waiter was very helpful and answered any queries with ease... I like that. When someone knows their job and is confident in their surroundings :) We got to try all the house wines on offer (VERY GOOD :D). The red was smooth and yummy. The sparkling was soooooo good, I think that will be my choice for the night :D. The white was good too surprisingly, not bitter at all. We will all be very merry on the night.... :D

Then they brought out the hot bread rolls and the butter circles... YES they pressed thier butter flat and cookie-cut little circles :) I like details :) Anyway... yummy bread!!!

Then they brought out the Entree... OMG... I choose the Steamed Prawns and it was SOOOoooo good. I'm not a fan of Avacado OR cucumber normally but it was yummy... very, very yummy!!! Steve had the Caesar Salad and it was great. I've had a fair few different versions of caesar in my time but this was YUM-E. We choose both of them for the entree selection.

Next was the Mains... a few problems here. The Sirlion was huge and yummy but it was cooked to Medium-Well Done rather than Medium Rare how he likes it. We were informed all the steaks had to go out at the same consistancy. Steve chose Medium to please most guests. The tarragon jus was really rich but perfect... and who doesnt like garlic mash :)

I chose the barramundi... I was aprehensive about the lentils. To start with I forgot what lentils were :P and as soon as I saw them I remembered and winced. But I tried it... :( I'm sure it was very yummy for someone who likes lentils... but the Barra was cooked to perfection and the tomato butter complimented the meal.

Dessert was next... We chose the Cheese Platter becasue we wanted some of our older guests and all the wine drinkers to have something savoury. Plus we also have the Black Forrest Wedding Cake. I chose to try the Chocolate basket but even though it was VERY good, I still believed we were serving too many chocolate options.

After the meal the Chef came out to talk with us and confirm our meal selection. We explained that Lentils just wont do for our guests. Steve actually said "its not very attractive... maybe something with a bit more colour" I cringed... Steve is still learning to tone down his tell-it-like-it-is manner. But the chef was cool and seemed to get Steve and we compromised on Mashed Sweet Potato. Then I shared my concern about the Dessert. So we came to a very yummy conclusion with the Brandy Snap Fruit Basket. Im a very happy girl.

We sneakily took the following photos on my camera phone. You should have seen the look on Steves face when I told him not to eat till I took photo... it was cruel as far as Steve was concerned :)

I went and bought some chrissy presents and I wandered into the Reject Shop to buy some wire shelves for the laundry room. I was looking woefully at the christmas decorations (I cant decorate the house this year cos we wont be here for christmas) and I came across these little beauties :D

They're about 3" long, plasitc crystal look-a-like. I might hang them in the chapel or on the Wishing Tree at the Reception. Either way I love them and I'm so happy with my budget find :D

Ok so i went to the decorator yesterday... forget vases.. NO MORE VASES...

She had some for the willow which is cool and ill be hiring them. BUT for the table centers they had these cool crystal/glass trio candleabra candlestick holder thingy :) and they had dangly chandlier crystals hanging of them... really cool and glam.

I also picked some coloured table cloths in satin that look LOVELY. Ive got mirrors to put underneath and some glass scatters... YAY sorted.

$25 to decorate each table and i only have 7 tables :) YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY

I've been having second thoughts about my dress. I love it, but i just don't know if its really set to be a brides attire. Will I look back in 10 yrs time and go "WTF was i thinking???" or will I be proud of what I chose?

Mums dress was classy and elegant and timeless... I want the same style and grace.

So after tossing and turning all last night, today I laid out my dress on the bed and fell in love with it all over again... UNTIL... I found my breaking point!!!

On the back panel on the right hand side a large triangle of the original dress fabric is missing. Another piece has been put in its place and done correctly BUT... how bloody shitty is THAT!!!

I already made myself buy a $300 dress because I didnt want to spend huge and waste steves money (yes i know, OUR money, but im not working... yet) so I bought a Bridesmaid dress and claimed it as my own.

Now even after my pride took a hit and the bridal gown of my dreams was dismissed out of my love and respect for steve. These people have given me a defective dress.

If im only spending $300... I WANT MY BLOODY $300 WORTH!!!

Paid balance of the florist for bridal flowers... i'll leave reception decoration choices for another time.

I just love having everything paid off so far in advance... it also stops me from changing my mind too often :P The flowers are gorgeous and I totally trust my florist, I know she'll do a great job. I've paid for all the bouquets, fans sprays, buttonholes and corsages and assorted things for the ceremony. If the budget gets tight i can just use candles for centerpieces. But the main part that i want flowers (ceremony) is done and taken care of... WOOHOO :D

Researched HardDrive Mini Camcorders (for wedding video+ future)

Having your wedding videotaped can cost a minimum of $2k... I want a video but I can buy a digital harddrive videocamera for $800 and have it to keep and make as many copies as I want. Some capture up to 24hrs of footage. We're also bugeting for a second battery. We'll get be asking a friend to videotape it for us... any offers??? Hopefully someone else will bring a videocamera, not just a digital camera so not one moment is missed :)

I guess you're all pretty bored with my ever changing view and designs of Table Centerpieces. I think after the wedding I'll be able to publish a magazine soley dedicated to the subject.

After pawing through my wedding magazines for the 100th time I came across a business, situated only a stonethrow away from my house... that has the same fucken vases i've been looking for!!! Sorry to get nasty... but bloody hell!!!

Above is a pic from thier website. I dont mind the design but I think its a little to smilar to Dani's. However it means that these vases are strong enough to hold the willow in the corner of the room as I originally planned :) Yay :)

I am having singapore orchids, but I may change my mind and just have blue delphiniums :) they are the BMs flower :) The point is, I've found a supplier close by who has what I want.

At the moment Im looking for Parasols for Heather and Stephanie to pose with for photos. I dont want them to be too expensive cos they're just for photos.

www.chinatown.com.au has some good ones at reasonable prices. I've dealt with them before (the hand fans) and I feel they give a great service and quality product. They cost about $17ea.

www.treeoflife.com.au also has some in their store in Penrith but they don't have the exact colour I want, but they sell for $12ea. I could always just get white.

www.ebay.com.au has some listings, but mainly for lace ones. Theyre very pretty but at $40ez they don't really fit the bill. Ill keep an eye on ebay, but at least I have backup plans :)

Crystals will be suspended on ribbons attached to the roof at different lengths.

Singapore Orchid heads will adorn the ribbon and the candle plate.

3 different sized pillar candles will be on the Plate.

Maybe a table runner...

The invites have been sent and most recieved by now. People are starting to book accomodation and flights which is great :D

Not much left to do really, untill closer to the day that is. A few things to pay for here and there but all thats under control too.

The girls are happy with thier dresses and the guys seem fine with the suits. I love my dress and i look stunning in it. All the decorations are organised and all the flowers are chosen.

We've written our vows, organised the order of service booklets and chosen the processional and the signing of the register music.

We'r slowly learning how to dance which is actually lots of fun and laughter :) we should look pretty sharp on the night :) We picked all the songs for that too :P

The Hens (on Friday the 23rd March) is pretty much decided and organised. But no more needs to be done until january. The Bucks (on Thursday the 22nd March) is still undecided. Not sure how many people and where he wants to have it. We may even combine the venue on the Friday night, just have separate rooms.

Anyway other than that no more wedding news... :D Im my fathers daughter

A friend online made this BEAUTIFUL monogram for me to use on my Order of Service books and the table names.... I absolutley LOVE IT!!!

She made the scroll part the closest colour she could to my dress...
